HID Retrofit for a '95 Integra
The other month I picked up a ’95 Integra and it has the dumb halo’s with PnP HID, I want to change them out ASAP. Without going to a JDM front end, what are my HID Retrofit options?
I’ve been reading about a few retrofits in the 3G Integra’s, but everything seems to be dated back in ’05-’06 and it seemed like the TSX housing was the popular choice.
I had a Civic with Morimoto Mini-H1 and enjoyed them; it was an easy swap/upgrade (open the headlights and remove the H4 guts and install the new Projector and seal it back up). With the Integra is looks a little more involved and I would need to cut out the Projector (going to get a set of OEM lights).
Fast forward, 10+ years and what is everyone using now? Is it possible to do a Bi-Xexon Projector?
Which headlights are easier to retrofit; 94-97 or 98-01 (would need a new bumper and turns)?
