Default HID problem

So i've had an HID kit on my integra for almost a year (november). Yesterday I decided to remount it below the bumper to do a clean install. Well after I got everything hooked back up the passenger side hid bulb only flickers when I turn them on, then immediately goes out. Anybody have any suggestions on what the problem could be?

They worked fine before I unhooked everything, but upon completing the re-install the psgr. side bulb does not ignite fully.

Any helpfull suggestions are appreciated, please keep all negative comments and posts out of my thread. Thank you.

I thought of that, but how could it work for a year. I disconnect everything, then reconnect everything and then the bulb burns?

If it burnt out it wouldn't even flicker would it?

Swap sides, ballast, then bulb, see what happens.
