I have an 01 em2 and I want to k swap it. I have found a k24a4 block and crank and need help with the rest. I want around 250-300hp and over 200ft/lbs torque, but I also want a reliable daily that gets more than 12mpgs. Im thinking a z1 head and boost, but I need help with what pistons and rods and what I should do to the head.

Around 2500 not including block crank or head, I already have the k24a4 block and crank and the k20a2 block and oil pump

You may find a cheap used turbo manifold or a whole set up for a k series on the classifieds. Even if you have an entire motor, tranny, and all the hardware, parts, fluids, etc to have it in your car running, its gonna be a hard time building a turbo kit alone for 2500. Not that it can't be done!
