Default Looking For An Engine Builder

Hey, what's going on here guys? I'm new here, even though I've been on & off this site for a decade & a half or so, getting ideas & alot of useful information from here, I'm really eager to get some help from some knowledgeable people.

I have a 1989 Honda Accord LX-i Sedan that I just recently purchased for $500. It has the original #'s Matching A20A3 SOHC NON-VTEC, as well as the original ER25 5-Speed Manual Transmission. I wanna build the Engine, but it's really hard to find someone who is willing to build it....
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Any local machine shop can bored out to 83 mm just take the bare Block and pistons and rods with you. Had the stock crank balanced. Get a Delta 272 or 282 cam. Bisimoto double Heat treated valve springs. 83 mm B series Pistons with 21 mm wrist pins. And B18a/b eaglerods. Have a 4 angle valve job fully port and Polished. Mazda Miata ARP head studs. Performance b16a intake manifold. Act sells a aluminum flywheel.
