Re: Yelo/GRN wire on 99 si harness-Fuel related (EEK)
I know for a fact it deals with the fuel. I put 12V on it and it started the fuel pump up...Here is the entire problem with my car. No fuel and no spark. I dunno why because I am getting 12V to the coil and everything seems to be hooke dup rigth....what could this be?

my ETM says that the yellow/green wire at A16 is for fuel pump control. it goes from the ECU into the PGM-FI Main Relay which basically does a whole lot of stuff...
if your car isn't getting fuel and spark your problem lies here. it's not fuses 'cause i know you already went through them all. you replaced the main relay already. did you hook it up properly?
did you ground the motor properly? are all your sensor plugs securely attached to the correct sensors on the motor? the main relay might not be getting grounded or getting power properly if not.
go ask to just look at the 96-00 Civic service manual at your honda dealership, or if they are ***** go to Acura and look at the 00-01 Integra/ITR manual. follow the troubleshooting process in the manual.
hey, your new ignition (where you put the key in) isn't from an ITR is it? 'cause the 2000-2001 ITR's have the immobilizer built into not just the ECU but the ignition as well.
keep bumping this thing as you go if no one helps you... it's importatn to provide us with all the info though, so we know how to help.

if you are using the Si ecu to run it it should be fine
however if you are using an 00/01 ITR/GSR ecu (that has had the immobilizer removed unless you have the full ignition, etc) you will need to move the wire to A16 from A15
