Where does the tach wire go????????????

Im putting a 94 Ex gague cluster in my 92 dx hb.... the hb has a lose tach wire but how do i wire it in??? help!

But it's a lose wire. No plug attatched to it. the only thing in the back of the cluster is plugs, no spots for a lose wire...

Is it that green one that was hanging down through the driver's side dash? If so that one is tapped into the test tach. hook up in the engine compartment, I used it for my Autometer tach. The gauge cluster wire harness is already wired for a tach. Good luck!
