Weird question about the TPS and Vtec on my h22
Ok when i first got my swap the tps sensor was busted but i ran the car anyways with the code...The engine ran very strong and pulled hard on the low cam and high cam...Now after fixing the tps and gettting the code to go away it doesnt run as strong on the high cam. Before i could hear vtec open up good now its very faint, cant hear it unless you are listening for it...Now for my question could actually setting the tps cause performance to go downhill, i know i set the tps right because there isnt a code anymore...But could the settings of the tps be really off and not throw a code? Im sorry if these are dumb questions but its late and i got to thinking

Yes, What did yo adjust it too?
it should be .5v closed, 4.5v open. You use the middle wire to read the volts.

So it will cause performance to suck...But what explains it running better when it threw the code...Yeah thats exactly what i set it for...I guess when i get some free time ill double check the settings.
