Default TPS Code 7 question.....

i did a search on tps sensors, got a couple returns and things to try but didnt really answer my question though. just recently swap a 93 ls longblock into my 91 integra. everything is all well, fired right up on the first try, then the light comes on and i check the code. its code 7, tps sensor. i used the same intake mani and everything, all i swapped was the longblock. cars runs good, idles at about 800-900, not rough or anything, drives excellent, no bogging down, nothing....before i get into taking the tps off, wanted to see if there were any other suggestions on what i can try before trying to adjust the tps.... the car didnt run before i put the swap in so i dont know if it did it before or not....thanks all for any input....

Check the voltage on the TPS with a volt meter. When the throttle is completely closed you should have low voltage (less than 1volt), when it completely open you should have about 5volts.

reset the ecu, double check your grounds, double check tps voltage. if the voltage is out of whack, it needs adjusting. otherwise, check your wiring.

wiring is all the same, nothing changed. need to get ahold of a voltmeter, one of the only things not in my toolbox.....
reset ecu twice, not sure what grounds would be loose, but i will double check them all....
