Default VTEC WIRING

I've just completed my swap and I have a bit of a small problem here. I am trying to wire up my Vtec. I have a 94 Civic Dx with an 88-91 B16a motor and using a reprogrammed P28 ecu. I know that the P28 doesn't detect a knock sensor, so I don't need to run that wire. I ran the Vtec Valve solenoid into A4, Vtec oil pressure into D6, and I am not sure where I need to run the other wires. If someone can give me a well detailed description of how the wires are ran, I will soon get started on it. Also, I am playing plug and play with running vacuum hoses correctly with the older gen b16a also. Thanks.
Pictures posted will be great.

I'm fairly new here, but do you need to post to 6-7 forums?
Not just you, but other clutch biters.
