Hi guys, My ls vtec turbo keep loosening the time belt after a few pulls.

So, I put the engine on time and tight the tensioner with the Honda procediment (3 teeths ccw) plus a little pry. The car start great and runs excellent for a while, until the timing belt start to flutter, whenever I open the hood the belt is loose, sometimes skip a teeth and the tensioner bolt is in the same place ( marked with liquid paper).

Any advice will be appreciated.
