Default F2B in EF jerking in vtec

Hi everyone,
I swapped a f20b with gsr tranny in a 89 ef si and it has a manual p28 chipped for the f20b.
My problem is when i drive normal it's fine but once i floor it and when vtec engages you can hear it engage but then it starts jerking violently. Oil pressure is fine temp is fine timing is fine. And it feels sluggish during heavy acceleration.
Any help would be appreciated.
