Swap or turbo
should i put the time and money to drop a 99GS-R VTEC into my 91 LS or should i sell the motor and get a turbo?

i think you will be happy with the outcome either way..i have a boosted ls hatch that i am very satisfied with the power aprox 305 whp on 13psi w/ built bottom end, but i am looking for a vtec head to throw on bc it will make more power.......is your ls built or stock

ive drove this thing, ive rode in this thing, its the LS monster, if only we had a vtec head to slap on this beast, wow what kinda numbers would she make then??

you'll need to buy is an LS head gasket, oil lines for the vtec, and a P72 ecu and that should pretty much have you covered, then just swap out the heads

GE makes a nice conversion kit for that set up, all u need is a vtec head and a couple fittings.
Replacing the rings and rod bolts would be a good idea too, and if u plan on swapping out possible rod/piston combo since the motors going to be torn apart.
