Swap running too cold
I just swaped an LS into my 94 hatch. Its running way to cold. I do have a fluiddyne. I diddnt change the thermostat. I dont think its the thermostat. It warms up fine. If I put the heater on, it will cool down so much that it reads just past the first line. Do they make a thermostat that open hotter?

Re: Swap running too cold (rob d)
if the t-stat is stuck open and with the bigger rad. that could be your problem for running cold . to tell for sure grab the rad. hoses if they are the same temp your t-stat is most likely stuck open the top should colder then the bottom...

Re: Swap running too cold (b18blove)
that's what happened to me the first time I dropped a b16 into my teg.
The temp guage would rise when I was stuck in traffic, then drop dramatically when I started moving again.
It sucked.
