This is the stuff I've got on hand now:
2 ton engine crane hoist
OEM Axle/trans seals
OEM Rear main seal
3 Hasport engine mounts
Hasport cable to hydro conversion lever
Exity clutch, pressure plate, throwout bearing...ie. pro kit.
I decided I'd have the flywheel resurfaced.
Clutch Cable
OEM Water pump
Gates T247RB blue timing belt
Rywire conversion harness
Rywire o2 extension
Oside 12 hole injectors
Denso 4-wire o2 sensor
OEM Thermostat
Spectre intake tubes and connectors
Denso double platinum .050 gap
1 tube honda bond
Ishino valve cover set
Wix firewall fuel filter
OEM oil pump w/crank seal
OEM strainer gasket.
Felpro OS30630T oil pan gasket kit
OEM linkage busings, clip, pin and rubber boot.
4 Honda power steering fluid
I already changed over to '94 intermediate shaft and axles about a year ago, so I don't need those. Insane shafts, just because I figured they'd outlast anything else. If I need to change the cam plugs I can do that after.
Steve said the engine was being picked up by Estes Friday, but nothing is showing on the pro number yet....probably Monday.
With the engine/trans and '92 steering pump, and everything above, I've spent $6892.18
More than I was hoping, but I'm not surprised at all. I haven't bought the engine/trans OIL yet

Also, good luck in your endeavors, but I felt like I was having a nervous breakdown reading through all this. $6,800+ is insane (I don’t think I have that much in mine!), but swapped Honda is life. Lol
Well Estes has no record of HMO, me or anything picked up or the pro number Steve gave me. Don't know what's up. I just have to wait. Ordered 7/15.

i went with the skunk2 manifold with a larger throttle body. i noticed improvement. i'm sure air/fuel tuning would have helped further but i didn't notice the engine running any richer or out of the ordinary.

...might get this engine tomorrow. I picked Estes shipping over DHL specifically because I spent time on the phone with their corporate headquarters, about the difficulty of my location. They can't get in my driveway, 400 yards down a narrow treed, rock-base private drive. So I told them instead, I'd park my F150 close to the top of the private drive so they could back in 30-40 ft. and put it in my truck....off the main road and its traffic. The headquarters said this was not a problem.
Now that the local terminal has it, they told me the driver may not want to back his SEMI on to the private road. I asked, you don't have a box truck? They pretty much blew me off stating, "it's just up to the driver". I called the headquarters, who called the local terminal and now they've got a whole new attitude....and will put it in a box truck if required.
I think this is a poor attitude, but it looks like the Corporate Office will back up what they told me to begin with. My last job was being in charge of the renovation of a 130 year old Adobe Hotel in West Texas, in a very small town in the middle of nowhere. I used to get new workers that would always tell me, "I know an easier way to do it". I always told them (being the boss), "We do everything the hard way here, get used to it."
I spent a career making Electricians, Plumbers and laborers do things the right way. I think Estes will do it the way they agreed to...as long as I make them. If they have to put the engine in a box truck, it could be after Labor Day. That's ok.

.....and i appreciate everyone's input and ideas. That helps me decide what to do.
Thanks.
I'm going to move the removal and installation over to the Integra section, if the moderators let me.
I may have some questions specific to the Integra, so I'll post over there.
I have one other question I'll put here:
Is there another bolt hole I can use to hold the engine off the ground with the crane, with the transmission removed. I'd like to do the oil pump and oil pan with the transmission off? So I need to hang the engine without the bracket on the trans.
