Default Studs vs. bolts. Plz help! h22

Hey, I'm about to bolt the engine into my integra this weekend, with the HCP mounts i'm useing and it says to "Remove the studs from the H/F series transmission and replace them with 14mm bolts." And i'm thinking to myself, maybe it's just cause i'm new to this swap, but why can't I use the studs thats already on the tranny, why do I have to go to the trouble of replacing them with bolts? And if I have to remove them, how do you remove them cause they seem welded onto the tranny. Thanks for any help in advance!
O and one more question. I took of the AC compressor and had to get a new belt to run the alternator, the problem is it's 5 ribs instead of 6, still fits fine though, just wondering if this will work ok...Thanks

Hey thanks for the info. So I just rip them off and they come right out, then replace them with 14 mm bolts right where I ripped the studs out at?

usually what i do is clamp the vice grip down hard on those studs and spin them out, they can often be in there WAY too tight though and it takes some effort.
If you can get a hold of astud remover its a hady tool to have. i finally broke down and got one and it makes life a little easier.
and i think its actually only one of the studs that is in the way on the mount, but i cant recall its been a while sicne i did that swap.
