I have a 00' GSR motor in my 93 civ hb. I run a 95 P72 ECU(stock). I do not have the IAB's hooked up. Everytime I hit vtec, wether it be in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd the minute I put it in neutral, I start idling at 4K-5K RPM's. It's soooooo loud and I know it's not my throttle cable getting stuck. Has anybody ever had this similar problem with their hybrid or their honda for that matter? Please help!!
