Default s2000 fwd coming soon!!!!!

check this out a company is making a bellhousing to mate an S2000 engine with a RSX 6sp tranny. this would be the ultimate 4 cyl hybrid.

well it says it's for a elise.. and as we all know the elise is a rwd factory car and can also be built as a kit car basically.. so it's not FWD yet.. but it's getting close

The Elise is mid-engined. It uses an FF drivetrain

Sunshine Motorsports in FLorida builds Elises with b18c5's for $50,000.
Oh yeah and they run a 13.2 stock. With an f20c, now that's going to be nuts, mid 12's easily.

umm, thats cool is a way, cool for the company, but think about it, i mean i like FWD and everything, liek it alot, but RWD is the ****, basically, why would u want to change.. grrrr

Anyone forgeting that the S2000 motor is just a little bigger dimensionally (NOte the sarcasm) then a B18C motor. I would imagine they'd have to elongate whatever vehicle its going in. Wouldn't the cost alone on doing serious body work like that eliminate the benefits.
