R cams in GSR
i'm a newbie sooo forgive me if this topic has been brought up before.
I have a rebuilt 94 B18c1 with GUDE regrinded cams, usdm r pistons, ported/matched intake mani, jun gears...
would i notice a big power difference going to r cams?? Is there an intake manifold issue as well?
TIA

regrinds cause wear on the components....depending on the setup it could be mild regrind or something wild....as far as best upgrade go wtih a Skunk2 manifold....more gain there.....

hard to answer becauase of unknown specs on the cams....they could match the ITR or CTR specs or produce less power....so its up to you..
i would defiantly do it if it was going from stock to ITR cams

If you are looking for some better cams to go with, I would suggest the Toda cams or some Jun cams. I can't comment on the cams you have now though.
