z1 are the same lift & duration as ITR cams. the centerline was revised on the z1 cams.

The '06 tsx has the same vtec lobe as ITR's but also has a much larger non-vtec lobe. the small lobe (I think) has too much duration for a 2.0L. all tsx have the same exhaust cam which is bigger than all the other 2.0L but its bigger for a reason = 2.4L

I have a set of ITR/z1 cams for sale cheap. fyi ITR/z1 cams can be identified by the rings on the shoulder (as seen on both cams here https://honda-tech.com/forums/showpo...0&postcount=16)

So 06 TSX cams? Would mixing TSX exhaust and Z1 intake be a good idea? Where can you find the specs for the cams?

I heard that you should run the tsx cams. Not sure tho. Go here.

Good luck.

thats funny you can run a modified head but have to run stock cams, as others have said the itr/z1 cams work great with 2.0's, if you bump up the compression along with your head work i see no problem running the 06-08 tsx cams

on 8thgencivic i saw the 200+hp dyno thread and iirc like the 3rd or 4th highest number was using TSX cams on a k20z1 motor. theres alot of good info there also in that thread

It really all just depends on what you want out of the car. do you want good high end HP or do you want some good midrange. If you want good midrange use both cams from a 06+ tsx but if you want it to make good high end you use Z1 intake and 06+ tsx exhaust. here is a good link
