jus swapped in a D16A tonight and started her but she is throwing three codes
16-Fuel injector
19-Automatic transmission lockup control valve
41-Heated oxygen sensor heater
running a stock p08 ecu,
able to drive to a part store ect.??

 

ok, which d16a?
The ecu is for an automatic. You need to convert it, or else it will always throw 19.
41, if your car had a 1 wire O2, you need to wire up the rest of the O2 wiring.
16.... you're on your own. Check plugs, injectors, etc. What injectors are you running? High impedance or low?

 

just the stock ones that came in the motor, its the jdm D16A basically the D15B with out the cam, and it came with a 1 wire o2, just swapped my old one thinkin thats what the harness would read better
