Default Question regarding mounts on 5th gen and B16A3

ok so ive got my Del Sol VTEC complete changeover, and I was on the phone with steve last night from HMotorsOnline and was askign a few questions that I need to get clarified (before I goto the Honda dealer).

First, he said I need to get a throttle cable from a 94-95 DOHC Del Sol. Allright cool. BUT, he said that the bracket on the throttle body will need to be moved (ie holes drilled and retapped). What?! I thought this was a bolt-in swap? How far do I need to move them over, or whats wrong with the bracket that came on the engine?

Another question .... he said the shift linkage will bolt up perfectly, can anyone back that up?

Oh and while im sitting here at school waiting for my next class which mounts do I use? I know I use a combo of the mounts off my 5th gen, and the B16 mounts, but which? (ive heard varing oppinions)

Thanks guys, such a great resource here

The integra mounts fit better... but it's just about bolt-in. And you will need the integra/sol linkage... the civic linkage is not the right length and is not sitting on the right side (i think I said that wrong...but it won't bolt up)

Cool thanks guys. Ive got the linkage, mounts, and axels from the car the motors out of, so those shouldnt be a problem.... the main thing Im worried about is the throttle cable bracket because Im not too keen on drilling into the intake manifold! Isnt that the point of the adjustment screws, so you can adjust the length (hence me not having to move it)??????????????
