Nothing, The B18c is a direct bolt on swap to the EG Civic. Should have no problems.

well that answer is too broad. The guy can't reuse all of his SOHC engine mounts on the B18C engine if he was hoping for that.
GS8HFL21,
If your (OBD1) B18C comes with all of the B-series motor mounts, the shift linkage, complete axles w/halfshaft, and ecu, you'll be set. You can transfer all those parts over to the CX.
The wire harness is where it becomes a little tricky. If you want a 95% direct plug n' play wiring application, try and find a 5spd 92-95 Si or EX engine wire harness. You'll just have to wire in the knock sensor.
You can reuse the CX engine harness if you wish to, but you'll have to obviously add the VTEC wiring, knock sensor, and modify the harness to accept a 4-wire 02 (CX's use a 1-wire 02 sensor).

Katman don't forget the IAB wires(secondaries) too!
