Default B18a w/ 100k on it?

Hows it goin fellas?Had a couple of questions about a motor I was about to get swapped in my Civic. Its a '95 LS b18a w/ 105,000miles on it.I was wondering what I could do too freshen it up a bit.The guy said he would be replacing the timing belts, water pump, and front seals.I might be looking to boost it down the road, but for now I just want it too run good.So what else could I do maintenance wise? Thanks.

Tune up -spark plugs/wires/cap and rotor. You could also have the valves adjusted. These should keep the motor in good shape for boosting down the road...

in my opinion i would rip the whole thing apart and put in some new oem main and rod bearings. new gaskets all around. the water pump and belts too like u mentioned before. if you are patient i would put in some eagle rods and some FI pistons since you plan on boostin down the road. save you the trouble of doing that later.
