Default problem with clutch pin size!

So I've been having this problem ever since I've done my auto to manual swap but been to lazy to try and fix it... well problems getting worse and I really need to fix it. The problem is that the pin that holds the clutch pedal to the clutch master cylinder are different sizes. The clutch pedal hole is smaller than the master cylinder hole and so I have alot of free play in my clutch pedal which makes the angagement point really bad, sometimes even grinds a bit when shifting. Anyone have any ideas other than get a whole new clutch pedal or master cylinder?
