p28 = 92-95 civic ex/si ecu. Do not run the h22 with that stock ecu. If they told you that they are retards.
Dizzy = Distributor.

also.
u can use a p28/p30/p72 well just be sure it is vtec obd1.
the main reason why u dont wanna run the stock ecu is because the injectors are different.

I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY YOU CAN'T USE A STOCK PCM ON A STOCK ENGINE.
WHY WOULD YOU USE A CIVIC PCM ON AN H22? AND EHY ARE THE INJECTORS NOT THE SAME?

I didn't see that he wanted to add Hondata. I thought they told him to run a stock p28.

The 97 and up h22 is obd2, you are correct. However, Hondata is an obd1 only engine management system; therefore, you must convert your obd2 motor & car to obd1. An obd2 -> obd1 harness converts your obd2 ecu plugs to the correct places on an obd1 ecu plug. Wiring on the actual motor (injectors, distributor and what not) will have to be done @ their specific location.
also what the hell is a dizzy? Honda-tech language for distributor thanks alot</TD></TR></TABLE>

yeah, that sucks *** hondata doesnt make anything for the P13. thats the main reason why i havent gotten it yet, is cuz i dont got the money for a P28.
if you are gonna get a P28, get a chip for it, which will change your fuel mapping for optimal power ive heard that http://www.jdmshit.com makes a special chip for the P28/H22 swap.
