Default P28 for H22 tune question, not big problem, but annoying!

I have and H22 with auto tranny and now I got a P28 chipped. The problem is that the D4 drive indicator on my dash keeps blinking and wont stop. I'm assuming that it's because I have an auto an the P28 was really for manuals, but I'm not changing. Does anyone know how to stop the flashing from occuring without ripping out my dash and unplugging the bulbs? Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I guess I'll have to. I just hate tearing out the whole dash. It's not Hard, I'm just lazy.

there is no way to stop it since the p28 even if its an auto ecu does not feed the proper signal to the TCM....

V4lu3s,
What would you do, just ignore it, or pull the bulb for the indicator?

the options as i see it:
1 remove bulb
2 ignore light
3 spend lots of time researching the inputs and outputs of the p28 and the p19 tcm and see if you can find a way to make both of them happy.

i am guessing 1 or 2 is what you will end up with.
