Oil squiters for ls/vtec????????

Juts want to know if people have done oil squiters in a ls block for ls/vtec. I want to do the block correct. So i want to know if anyone has done it , how much are they, were can i get them, and can the machine shop put them in..

dont do them... it doesnt make a diff.... just get a vtec or b20 oil pump
