Obd2 LS + EF Sedan
Im looking do this swap and my question is in regards to the ecu. I want t end up OBD1 inorder to run the managment of my choice. How would i go about doing this?
OBD0 car + OBD2 motor = Obd1 managment
OBD0 car + OBD2 motor = Obd1 managment

That's not really a hard thing to do. Just get an OBD2 LS motor complete with all components and harness. First off, if the car isn't MPFI you'll need to do the DPFI to MPFI wiring. Transfer the OBD0 harness over changing the injector clips, distributor plugs and alternator plug to the OBD2 plugs. If the motor you buy is bare, you can use nearly any OBD1 or OBD2 injectors, any OBD1 or OBD2 nonVTEC B series distributor and any B series alternator. Buy an OBD0 to OBD1 ECU adapter harness and just do all the necessary wiring.
