OBD2 converted to OBD1 swaps - Anyone ever pass emissions?
Ok guys, did a search, came up with jack. For you guys that have OBD1 engines in your OBD2 cars (I know its illegal to have an engine older than the car), you guys try passing emissions?
And for those who did pass, how'd you do it?

Re: OBD2 converted to OBD1 swaps - Anyone ever pass emissions? (DX Generation)
I've got a '97 civic CX hatch.... used to have a obdI d16z6 in it. After the obdI conversion, and the addition of a cat (temporary, of course), it passed emissions fine. I am here in colorado, so I don't know how that compares to what you have, but it passed with flying colors.
Now is a different story... jdm h22a, turbo on the way. As soon as I passed emissions, I pulled that motor right out
