Default Need OBD2 to OBD1 Conversion Help!

Okay, so I ended up getting a 1995 CX hatch in a trade. The car is pretty rigged together, but I'm going to fix it up, and I'm going to do it the right way.

I still have to get emissions where I'm from, and the hatch is not going to pass in its current state. There's a B18C1 swap in the hatch, and it's an OBD2 swap. My assumption would be that I would have to convert it to OBD2 in order for it to pass emissions, beings that the car is originally an OBD1 car.

My question is this - how? I have no experience doing any conversions. How would I convert my OBD2 B18C1 into OBD1?

Thanks in advance!

I'm in Pennsylvania. I think I have to convert it to OBD1. How do I do it?

It depends on your emissions test. If the vehicle is OBD1 in most states you'll just need to pass a visual and/or a "sniffer" test in the tailpipe. Your car is OBD1. If your car was OBD2 then your would need to have an ECU that would connect with a scanner.
