Default obd2 b16 motor in a 1994 civic coupe

hey, well im from canada so the si here is the d16z6 and the sir (with b16) doesnt exist for 92-95 cars. so my question is, i have come across a 94 civic coupe with a 2000 sir motor (b16a2). so this has got to have the obd2 ecu. now i want to turbo this and i have almost all the parts i need. how hard is it to convert this ecu to an obd1 so i can run uberdata. what am i going to do with the second 02 sensor that exists on the obd2 cars? does it just become disabled once i switch the wireing harness. can someone give me a good link to read up on. is this conversion alot of work to do?

thanks
