OBD1 '95 B18b motor into a '97 DX (OBD2), havin wiring problems ecu+harness etc
Ok so I have the whole swap in the car ready to go the only thing is , is that the mechanic who's doing the job forgot how the set up goes when doing obd1 into an OBD2.
As of now I am using the Obd1 b18b ECU. I also bought the jumper harness. I also have an obd 1 & 2 distributor. What I'm confused about are the wiring from the ecu to the engine and the wiring harness that plugs into the injectors (which one do i need). The dude at the shop said i needed a obd 2 b18b injector harness and a obd 2 Civic EX harness from the ecu to the connectors by the batteries. (which proved to be wrong today).
If anyone has any idea it will be much appreciated.

Integras have always used a 2-piece engine harness design (to my knowledge). 6th gen Civics used a 1-piece design. So what is needed is to re-use the stock wiring harness, plug up what can be plugged up and extend/modify as needed. Since you are using the OBD1 ECU, you were right to get a jumper harness....but you still use the stock harness.

97 Dx Stock harness
OBD2-OBD1 jumper harness
OBD1 ECU
Whatever connectors can be plugged into their respective sensors, do it. Whatever can't be plugged in, either modify the wiring by extending it or replacing the connector with the correct one (IACV 3 to 2-wire fix, for example).
Just remember though, that if you have OBD2 emissions inspection where you're located, the OBD1 ECU will fail instantly since it can't communicate with their scanner.

its ok i know somebody, that knows somebody that knows somebody. I dont worry about inspection. But what do I do about the harness that goes into the injectors? Am I supposed to use the DX one as well because the I bought the OBD 2 LS harness and the mechanic told me the injectors were too big.
Oh btw I already have those three parts you mentioned

I don't recall people having this sort of trouble when dropping an OBD2 motor into an OBD2 chassis with respect to the injectors. Maybe the fact that you are using OBD1 injectors is the reason they won't plug directly into the Dx stock harness....I really don't know.
But I've got a link in my sig and read many other write-ups concerning a B-series into a 6th gen Civic and don't recall reading about having to change the injector clips (unless you were using OBD1 injectors such as the DSM 450s).
