my vtec cuts off when i shift into 3rd gear

check your oil pressure switch borrow 1 from a friend who has no use 4 one (nelson) gs90integ call me up when u get it working

oil pressure is not high enough. needs to be at approx 55 psi.

verify you have enough oil in the motor. also make sure your oil and oil filter (especially) is up to par and up to date.
