need wiring info for JDM B18C swap....
i'm dropping a 96' B18C into a 92 civic hatch back, my question is is there anything i need to wire in my self and what is it and can anyone get me any diagrams, my 2nd question is i read that 92 hatchbacks are already vtec compatable is this true?, 3rd question is will all the motor mounts that came with the engine work with the car including the transmission mount? thanks for your time!

as far as the mounts go, there are three pcs that you will have to pluck from a teg: u'll need thefront tranny bracket, rear bracket and the drivers side mount. all the other mounts should work from the civy. as far as wiring, I wish I knew. I'm dropping in an obd2 motor, ecu and harness in a 92 vx. I'm not sure what other wiring issues I need to be concerned with.

if your running a obd1 ecu just use your stock harness, and add vtec(3 wires) and the knock sensor. unless your dropping it in a vx or si then just add the knock sensor.

It depends on the OBD of your engine...I wired up an OBD I JDM GSR into a 1992 DX...Straight forward easy...The mounts will work...Just reuse the civic rubber mounts...
