The "hybrid" part is just plug & play. If you need to know how to remove & install a motor, you should just get the OEM service manual (helminc.com). You should NOT be working on your car without that book....

Well I would hope they would have basic mechanical skills if they are on this site. I guess you never know though...

What ever, man. Everyone has to start somewhere.

It takes SO much skill to do a motor swap. gimme a break.
Especially an LS into an EG. Its the perfect beginners swap.

Like 94eg! said, get yourself a helms manual and you can handle it no problem.

So unless someone is "born" with mechanical knowledge, they should never even try to learn this delicate art of turning wrenches?? ha
An art that toothless rednecks and high school drop-outs have been doing for years.

Its a damn plug and play motor swap, for petes sake. I say jump in and get your feet wet.

The helms manual is so well illustrated that you shouldn't ever have a problem working on your car. I use H-T as a backup incase I don't quite "get" something...
