need help emissions

need help emissions
i just got the letter for emissions. my motor is ls/vtec with an obd1 p30 chipped computer. i have dc headers high flow cat and custom piping. i can get a new computer but i need some other suggestions becuase i have never had to go to emissions. what are my chances
