Default need haelp with pistons!!!

OK, im doing an LS/VTEC conversion, I want to have high compression but i need help with the setup. I want to get wither CTR or ITR
pistons but i dont want to get a new crankshaft. I will have to get some connecting rods that will fit to my crankshaft but strong enough
to hold the pistons without any problems. I dont want to have to spend an *** of money on the rods either, can someone help me with
what i should do???
THANKS

I wouldnt use stock rods, i would use aftermarket ones, but im not sure if that would work with the CTR pistons, someone told me that it would but i dunno.
