Default need advice on lean B16

i pulled a spark plug last night to check for color, and man, it was really white. i've been running my b16 for about 6 months and haven't had any real problems with it engine wise..what would you guys suggest i do? someone recommended colder plugs..any ideas would be appreciated.

If there are no glaze spots or melted parts, just white stuff...... it means your car is burning fuel efficiently.
