lsvtec->eg swap wiring/sensor q's
Alright guys, im putting a b18a block with a 1st gen b16 head into my 93 Si. im planning on reusing my wiring harness, and was noticing that the single wire coming out of the small cylinder on the vtec solenoid had a different connector from the harness. im wondering if im able to just clip off the old connector and somehow attach the sensor from my z6 solenoid. are there any other sensors that will not match up with the harness?
also, i remember reading a swap guide from SCC that claimed you needed an integra throttle cable. is this true? thanks for any responses.

Since the head your using is a pre obd, and the harness you are using is an obd1, there are some sensors that use different plugs, but you should be able to clip off the connector and attach it to your harness. As far as the tb cable, you can use yours but you need to modify the cable bracket a little, or call HCP and get the cable bracket they make for 10 bux, or get an integra cable.
