Default LS vtec head bolts torque specs one hole in the block might be stripped help

well i have a b18a1 block with 94 gsr head.

heres the problem the previous owner stripped some from the block. well i got the head on and i hand tightened the bolts in this sequence(below) i didnt do it too tight at first being scared i might mess soemthing up just finger tight. i broke my torque wrench(crappy craftsman)

the sequence i tightened them

7 3 1 5 9
10 6 2 4 8

the first time i tightened it number 3 was fine but the second time it wouldnt tighten being too risky i stopped at that and just finger tightened the rest again. well im picking up a tq wrench tomorrow and need specs on how many ft. can anyone assist me. and about the stripped #3 is it ok to drive on that? its semi tight... i want to at least be able to drive it to a machine shop so that they can either heli coil or time sert it.

you need to get the threads repaired first before you go torqueing down the head.
