Default ls vtec bolt-on

i remember reading that somebody had a kit for sale for around $100 that would allow a vtec head to be bolted right onto an ls block without any drilling, if anybody has seen this will they please forward the link to me or whatever other help they can provide

my friend i plannin a type r head on a ls block and i had told him about it..he wanted to see it..thanx
do you still have it or could help him out doing something like it?
