Default LS/V-TEC oil pump

I'm doing Ls/V-Tec with a GSR head, can i use the LS oil Pump still or is t better to get the GSR one....Is there a difference if so let me know....

i have read that the b20/gsr/typeR flow the same and the ls flows less so get a gsr pump
sorry i dont have numbers though
BTW, its vtec not v-tec
