How do you know when your engine isn't getting fuel?
I just put a B16A1 into my EG and I burned 1/2 tank of gas in less than 60 miles, come to find out a hose on the intake manifold wasn't connected. I reconnected it and filled up to day to test out my MPG. But the wierd thing is when I turn the key to II(or on) and the cluster lights come on, there is no beeping noise like there used to be. Why is that? When I am at a stand still and launch, it takes a second for the car to really respond like it should. I am running my factory fuel pump with a 2000 Civic SI fuel feed line. What is the problem? What should I do?

It does smell like gas, but it is not getting enough. I was told I was running lean. I have my DX MAP sensor hooked up to the motor, so what is the problem?
