With a wideband 02. You can only really tune it to Air/fuel. You really need a dyno to set ignition, vtec, cam gears.

i talk to a guy about tuning the hondata and he says to put bigger injectors. With installion and tunning the cost is $750 is this worth it... this won't be a dyno tunning... they said when tunning it they do the car to the country side and tunning while it's running... is this right???

omg... dont let them do that for tuning.
they might get it close, but to get it at an optimal point, only a dyno can tell you for sure. the ol butt dyno can lie once in awhile bad idea man - go to a dyno place for sure.
