i just got the hondata s100b and was wondering from your guy's expierences how much does it usually cost to have the tuning done on your car ?????

well i guess it depends on where u go. a lot of tuners charge for their services then you have to pay for dyno time because many tuners dont have their own dyno.. but in my case i pay 150 an hour for hondata tuning and that includes dyno time because my tuner has his own dyno. and he only takes about 1hour and 45 min to 2 hours to tune my motor. so i end up paying about 200-300 dollars total.

one shop in richardson,tx is charging me 300-600 dollars for tuning hondata. Is that too high? Not tryin to take over this thread. I am just comparing to others

300-400 doesnt seem high but 500-600 does to me. but maybe i have been just getting a deal

Tom's a great Hondata tuner. Look at spending $250-$400 with him(that includes set up) Also depends on if you have a extra O2 bung already or not.

my tuner is charging me $500. i dont see why it is so much, i guess just cause they are the only ones who do it in town. i think im going to start to learn to tune because that is really expensive. if i was close to mase or stoopid i would have them tune my car.

What if you don't have an O2 bunge available for the wideband? Is there another method to tune other than creating the hole for the wideband?
