Help me out here... Wiring Harness ECU question
I'm building a CRVvtec engine... B20B block, B16a2 head...
the motor is going into a '94 Integra LS. Now how do I wire this up? My friend was telling me that I could run my LS ecu and wiring harness and just buy a VTEC AFC to control my vtec, but I think he's an idiot, because a vtec controller like that doesn't wire straight to the vtec solenoid, and my LS wiring harness doesn't have a plug for the Vtec. let me know if there is an easy way to wire this up, because finding vtec wiring harnesses is not an easy thing, as I've come to find...
thanks a ton guys,
-Mike

Actually you can control VTEC with a V-AFC, but I wouldn't recommend it. I would recommend running a chipped P28.
VTEC is three wires and is cake:
-VTEC solenoid to A4 pinout.
-VTEC oil pressure to D6 pinout
-VTEC oil pressure ground to the thermostat ground.
Knock sensor goes to to D3, however with a chipped P28 is not needed.
