Help identifying an engine swap

Help identifying an engine swap
First off I live in California. My sister bought a swapped civic from a guy out of state and now we are trying to get it through the smog process. We've got a few things to change out for smog, but the main problem is that it has a CEL and I cannot find the connectors to read the code. I have quite a bit of experience with cars but not with Hondas, especially with swapped ones.
Car info:
1993 Civic EX 2dr
5 speed
Supposedly has some sort of B16 swap
ECU #: 37820-P72-A01 (so 94-00 Integra ECU??)
I would post a picture, but I'm a new user and I can't.
I'm happy to search, and I have, but I am getting confused with all the engine designations. What should I look for initially?

Thanks guy, will check that and search it first. I cannot find that 2-pin connector anywhere, which is throwing me a little bit. Not sure if the PO who did the swap hid it somewhere different or not.

If you can't find it you can ground pin D4 on the ECU and pull the codes that way
