Default header torque

bought a header for my b16a1 is there a certain torque it should be at or is it just tighten and go?

should be 23 lb/ft. tighten them starting with the inside nuts and go out.

hey dumass why dont you ask about the stutering problem?? Header torque=who cares not gonna slow your car down. Stutter in low rpms= your car runs like ****. Anyone have any ideas.
Already replaced plugs, distro, and cap.

Todd have one on me-

what are you talking about? he was asking the ft-lbs for the exhaust manifold bolts. not anything to do with how much gain he will get. he didnt even bring that up.

sorry if i confused anyone. Yes we are friends. And i was just pointing out that the least of his problems was the torque rating for the header nuts. The real problem lies in his low rpm stutter. So again anyone have any ideas.

as for the stuttering I think I know what it is. So when I get back I will get it fixed thanks anyways though gnaw.

obviously your not smart dumb **** how would not knowing how to drive stick have anything to do with header torque or studdering?

It's also only effective untill someone with better fighting skills comes around (and yes I've been took be someone 25 lbs less than me-getting kicked in the neck is a liberating experiance ).
