with the info you provided there is no way to help you, the rev problem is do to either the ecu , ignition components , timing

you got a fuel problem bud....are you running h22 injectors? if so did you wire up a resistor box? is the ecu ur running meant to run saturated injectors or peak and hold? make sure all your injectors are working properly and try to solder ur injector clips to make sure they are working as they should

did you wire the vtec properly? looks like it wont rev hit vtec thats what i reckon

unless u have 2 step launch set in your ecu but it less likely the problem according to your video

[QUOTE=Em1L0ver;45220821]stock 99-00 si/em1 ecu (P2T)[/QUOTE

ding ding ding! i would start here. no you cant just use a p28! no STOCK ecu will work, well maybe a p13. you need to get a chipped ecu for YOUR set up. a p2t is for a b16 a 1.6l and you are trying to run a 2.2l from a different series. no trying to sound like a dick but lets use your brains people, stop trying to use stock ecus on swapped cars.

using your EM1 ecu is your problem. The motor is probably OBD1, or it should be, and you're using the wrong ecu. I'm surprised the car starts.

A p13 is a h22 ecu but you are not running a h22 so you need a chipped ecu

how did you wire up your resistor box? i bet that's the issue.

i had a friend who did his own resistor box and had the same exact issue like yours. car started and everything but would not rev pass 3500rpm, just because your car starts doesn't mean its wired right.
