Default h22 k2h rbc intake manifold need iacv?

So I searched around and read some info about people not using a iacv or having it unplugged and their car still ideling close to normal without major fluctuation. I purchased a rbc manifold with the qsd k2h adapter plate which was modified by rosko racing and everything looks great yet there is nowhere to mount the iacv. I bought the intake manifold private party yet saw rosko has a iacv adapter for this type of setup. Is it possible to drive this daily without the iacv and have it idle normal? If anyone has any experience or advice please let me know. Also the ecu is tuned with chrome and was wondering if the iacv sensor can be deleted with that tuning program.
